Does anyone have any metrics comparing status.pro.coinbase.com (formerly status.gdax.com) to the actual uptime and issues? For example, trading BTCUSD (both webapp and websocket) is completely broken on Coinbase and it has been over an hour, and yet their status page has yet to update.
For anyone working at Coinbase: do your internal tests simply not capture these problems? / has nobody noticed downtime/updated the status pages to reflect downtime that was missed by your internal metrics?
This affects my own work and that of others. For example, I get alerts because their self reported status shows up as OK, so I can’t verify that it is not my code that is broken until an emergency investigation.
